Partner Agreement
Version 2026-10-26. Between Practisci (Proprietor: Surendra Singh Kamboj), the operator of PractiSci (“PractiSci”, “we”), and the person who accepts it in the partner dashboard (“you”). It sits alongside the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. The version you accept, the time and your network address are stored.
Key terms at a glance
These figures are read live from our system. They are the figures that apply to payments made today.
Who you are to us
- You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent, franchisee or representative of PractiSci. You cannot make promises, sign anything or receive money on our behalf.
- You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You join with your own PractiSci account (the account you may also study with); one partner account per person. Give true details and keep them up to date.
- We can approve or refuse a partner at our discretion and may switch the programme off for new partners at any time.
Your link and who counts as your student
- Your link and code identify the students you refer. A student is attributed to you once, when the account is created, if the sign-up happens within the link-memory period shown above after clicking your link on the same browser. We cannot attribute a student later, on another device, or to two partners.
- You may not earn on your own account, on accounts you control or pay for, or on accounts that share your phone number or network. We hold such commissions for review and may reverse them.
- Clicks and sign-ups shown in your dashboard are for your information; only paid, non-refunded payments earn commission.
Commission
- You earn the first-payment rate on a referred student's first successful payment and the renewal rate on each later successful payment (including automatic Autopay renewals), for the period shown above (“for life” or a number of months after the first payment). “For life” means for as long as the programme runs and subject to clause 3.4: it is not a promise of income and it is not permanent.
- It is calculated on the plan price the student actually paid for the plan, excluding GST and after any discount or coupon. Free plans, plans we grant for free, and amounts refunded, reversed or charged back earn nothing.
- Each commission is fixed at the rate in force on the day of the payment. We may change the rates, the period, the refund window or any other figure for future payments; the new figures are shown on this page and in your dashboard. We may agree different rates with you in writing, and your dashboard shows the rates that apply to you.
- PractiSci may change commission at any time. We may, whenever we decide and for any reason, change, reduce, suspend or stop any commission, including the first-payment rate, the renewal (“lifetime”) rate and the period it lasts, for all partners or for you alone, and we may set the renewal commission to zero or end the programme. The change applies to payments received after the change; commission already earned on earlier payments is not taken back (except under clause 3.5). You have no right to a particular rate, to renewal commission continuing, or to compensation for a change. We will post the new figures on this page and in your dashboard and, where we can, tell you by e-mail or notification. If you do not agree, you may stop promoting and close your partner account.
- If a student is refunded, in part or in full, the same share of your commission is taken back: from your unpaid balance, or, if it was already paid, as a deduction from your next payouts. A negative balance is carried forward until it is cleared; you agree to repay any remaining amount if your partnership ends.
- If we find a mistake in a calculation, we will correct it by an adjustment shown in your ledger.
When and how you are paid
- A commission is “waiting” during the refund window, then “available”. Available commissions are collected into a payout once a month, on the settlement day shown above (the date moves to the next working day if it is a bank holiday).
- Payouts are made manually by bank transfer to the bank account (or UPI id) saved in your dashboard, which must be in your own name. We record the bank reference (UTR) and you see the payout as paid in your dashboard and by e-mail.
- If your available balance is below the minimum payout, it rolls over to the next month. A payout cannot be created without bank details.
- You are responsible for entering the bank details correctly. We are not liable for a transfer made to the account you saved. Changing the details sends you a notice; tell us at once if a change was not yours.
- We may delay a payout while we check suspected fraud or misuse, or a pending refund or dispute.
Taxes, PAN and TDS
- Commission is a payment for services. Tax deducted at source (TDS under section 194H) is cut from your payout at the rate shown above once your total commission in the period shown above (a settlement month or a financial year, April to March) goes above the limit shown above. The TDS is deposited with the tax department against your PAN and appears in your Form 26AS / AIS; we issue the TDS certificate (Form 16A) through our accountant.
- PAN is optional when you join. It becomes mandatory once the limit is crossed. When that happens we will phone you to collect it (or you can add it yourself in the dashboard) and the payout waits until the PAN is on file. If the programme is set to pay without waiting, a higher rate applies for a payout without a PAN, as the Income-tax Act requires (section 206AA, currently 20%).
- You must give a correct PAN in your own name. A wrong PAN, or an inactive or non-operative PAN, can lead to a higher deduction; we are not liable for it. You may give the PAN by phone to our team; it is stored encrypted and used only for TDS and tax records.
- You are responsible for your own income tax and, if your turnover requires it, GST on your commission. If you are registered for GST, send us your GSTIN so we can follow the rules for tax invoices.
- The rate and limit may change when the law or our accountant's advice changes; the figures in force on the payout date apply.
Students' personal data
- For students you referred, your dashboard shows their name, e-mail address, class, plan and its end date, and lab progress. You do not see their mobile number. We tell students this when they sign up through your link and in the Privacy Policy.
- You may use this data only to support those students (for example to answer their questions or to remind them to renew, using the reminder tools or WhatsApp). You may not sell, share, publish, copy into other systems, export in bulk or use it for any other business or marketing.
- Respect the limits: students who have switched off e-mails receive in-app reminders only, reminders to one student are limited to one every few days, and you must stop contacting a student who asks you to stop. Do not contact minors without the knowledge of their parent or guardian.
- Keep the data safe. Do not give anyone your login. Tell us within 24 hours if you think data was exposed. When you stop being a partner, delete everything you copied.
- Misuse of student data ends the partnership at once, and we may report it and claim damages.
How you promote PractiSci
- Be honest. Do not promise marks, ranks, selections, guaranteed results or free premium access; do not say or imply that you are PractiSci, or that PractiSci is affiliated with NCERT, NTA or any examination body.
- No spam: no unsolicited bulk messages, group-adding, scraping or fake accounts, no misleading ads, and no paid search or social ads on the PractiSci name or look-alike names. Follow the laws on advertising, consumer protection, messaging and children.
- Say that you are a PractiSci partner when you recommend it for a reward. Use the logo and the invite card only as provided, without changing them.
- No incentives that break the rules of a platform or the law (for example cash for sign-ups or purchases made only for the commission).
Your account and security
- Your partner dashboard is part of your PractiSci account. For security a PractiSci account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in somewhere else signs the other device out.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Use a strong password and do not share it.
Fraud, abuse and holds
- Fake sign-ups, self-referrals, forced or incentivised purchases, chargeback or refund abuse, or any attempt to cheat the programme lead to forfeiture of the commissions involved, suspension or removal, and may be reported to the authorities.
- We may hold or reverse a commission while we review it and will tell you why when you ask.
Ending the partnership
- You can stop at any time by writing to us. We can pause, suspend or end your partnership if you break this agreement, or if we close the programme (we will give notice where we can).
- After the partnership ends, commissions that were earned in line with this agreement and are past the refund window are still paid on the next settlement, after deductions for refunds and any amounts you owe. Students stay attributed to you only as long as the partnership is active.
Changes to this agreement
- We may update this agreement. We will show the new version in your dashboard and, for important changes, by e-mail. If you continue to use the programme after a change, you accept it; if you do not agree, stop and write to us. The version you accepted is stored.
Liability, law and disputes
- We do not promise any level of earnings or number of students. The programme is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commission that is payable to you and unpaid at the time of the claim.
- This agreement is governed by Indian law. Courts at Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to our Grievance Redressal process (Grievance).
- Questions about commissions, payouts or TDS: billing@practisci.com. Everything else: support@practisci.com.
